Brianna Tuscani

BA., MAT (She/Hers)

Born in the North, but heart in the South, Brianna comes from a blended Afro-Latina cultural background and is a sister, friend, dog-mom, yogi, and creative who cares about everyone getting what they need, and having the confidence to use those tools, to be whole and happy. With a background as a former athlete, current Educator + Integrative Health coach, and having received much formal education and training within diversity, equity & inclusion--Brianna is well-equipped to help you and your organization get your wellness and diversity needs met. As a current Educator & Advocate for equitable policies and practices, she works with leadership and groups to co-create sustainable, inclusive spaces where all people can thrive. As an Integrative Health Coach, she walks with you 1-on-1 on the journey towards wholeness—not a perfect life, but one where you have the tools you need to be sustained in every season. She will work with your "foundation"--what you eat, how you move, how you rest, how stress is impacting your life--so we can move onto the broader work in the areas you care most about like healthy relationships, self-confidence, and reaching your overall life-goals. She will be with you while you build your confidence in your very own capacity to treat your body with Love and have a life well-lived. When these 2 roles come together in her role as a consultant and facilitator, what she delivers is careful attention to address individual dis-ease as well as direct work to address the systems and organizational cultures which may be contributing to lack of efficiency and efficacy, disrupting a groups' total wellbeing personally and professionally.

Brianna empowers her clients to love themselves for what and for who they are. She is incredibly successful at building strong and trusting relationships with her students. People confide in her because they know she genuinely cares about them and their wellbeing. As an Educator, Ms. Tuscani consistently goes above and beyond to reach students, responding to not only their academics but also their emotional learning needs. With real-world practice of advocating for her students and families, she does not shy away from proposing solutions to address inequitable practices affecting those who they’re meant for.
